Anything But Basic

Why, hello there! I can't believe it's April, already! It seems like I blink the days away now...there's only 2 months left in my program! I swear I had more time left (well it felt that way, at least).

My current rotation gives me Fridays off, so I decided to spend some quality time with the bestie. I've been neglecting our friendship for the past month...but yesterday I gave it enough love and attention, I made sure of that. (If it was a flower, it would have drowned from the amount of water I would have given it. It's a good thing our friendship isn't a flower; I hate gardening) We had appointments at a Bare Minerals Boutique to play with the new line of eyeshadows. We hung out until she practically had to put me out, but hey, that's what best friends do.

My outfit was easy to pull together, but is far from being plain and basic. Great basics should be a staple in every woman's closet, for those days you need to rip and run and still look fab doing it!
